Burke's Garden store is closed and for sale, another opportunity.

Burke's Garden, VA is a valley surrounded by hills created by the subsidence of limestone caverns below it. About 8 miles long by 4.5 wide the Vanderbilts attempted to buy it for the location the Biltmore Estate. Locals refused to sell and Biltmore ended up in Asheville, NC. Very quiet place with one paved entrance from the north and one unpaved to the south.
